Goyen Replacement Diaphragm Repair Kits

When a pulse valve leaks air between pulses or gives a weak pulse, the diaphragm is the usual culprit. This category holds 60 replacement diaphragm kits for Goyen-style valves. They are sorted into Threaded T, Dresser Nut DD, Flanged FS, 3 Series and Manifold Mount MM/MR groups.

Kits cover valve sizes from 1/4″ up to 3-1/2″. The common ones are the 3/4″ K2007 (M2082), the 1″ K2501 (M1183) for MM valves, and the 1-1/2″ K4502 (M2162) for DD/T/FS/MR valves. Larger kits include the K7601 for 2-1/2″ and 3″ T/MM/MR valves and the K10200 for 3-1/2″ MM valves. Diaphragm materials include nitrile/Buna, Viton, low temperature and Shockwave, plus a nitrile kit (K10203) for sulphur-rich service. Many listings show the older M-series number in parentheses, which helps if your valve or old kit uses that numbering.
