Con-E-Co Replacement Cartridges and Pulse Jet Parts

This section has replacement parts for Con-E-Co dust collectors used on concrete batch plants: filter cartridges, plus the pulse-jet valves, coils and timer boards that clean them. Parts are grouped under three subcategories, PJC Units, CJP Unit and MBV1 Unit.

The cartridges come in several sizes. The 1237165 is 8″ x 40″ and fits the PJC-300S, which takes eight. The 1237164 is 8″ x 78″ and fits PJC-300 through PJC-1200 collectors. The 1100407 is a 12-3/4″ x 36″ silo cartridge for CJP 270, 360 and 450 units, and the 1100406 is a 12-3/4″ x 13″ batcher cartridge. There is also an 11.4″ x 26″ cartridge (1140646) for the CLPC8000 and a single-cartridge 1140645 for the MBV1.

For the cleaning system, the page includes 3/4″ and 1″ pulse jet valves, 1″ diaphragm kits, valve coils in 24VDC and 120V, and timer boards with 6, 10 or 20 positions for PJ and PJC models.
