Goyen Replacement Seal Kits

A leak at a pulse valve connection wastes compressed air even when the diaphragm is fine. The seal kits on this page fix that without replacing the whole valve. There are 21 replacement kits for Goyen-style valves, grouped by Flanged FS, 3 Series and Dresser Nut DD.

There are three kit types. Dresser seal kits fit dresser-nut (DD) valves in 3/4″, 1″ and 1-1/2″. Examples are K2008 (nitrile, 3/4″), K2507 (M1771, Viton, 1″) and K4510 (M1803, nitrile, 1-1/2″), with separate kits such as K2533 and K2534 for 1″ 3 Series DD valves. Outlet seal kits fit flanged FS valves, including G690338 (EPDM, 3/4″), G690763-2 (Viton, 1″), G690864 (nitrile, 1-1/2″) and G690127 for 1″ CAC/RCAC25FS valves. Wall seal kits G690125 and G690125-2 suit 1″ 3 Series FS valves. A -2 suffix generally marks the Viton version.
