Goyen Replacement Pilot Repair Kits

If a pulse valve won’t fire, or fires but won’t close, the problem is often in the pilot rather than the main diaphragm. This page lists 18 replacement pilot repair, plunger, armature and coil kits for Goyen-style pilots. They are grouped into RCA3 pilot valves, Flanged FS, Dresser Nut DD and 3-6VFD hazardous location enclosures.

For CAC45FS valves with an integral pilot, kits are listed by date: pre-9/98 (K0381 nitrile, K0382 Viton) and post-9/98 (K0391 Viton). The CA integral pilot uses K0380 (M1131B) or K0384 (M1167B). RCA3PV pilots can take coil kits K0203 through K0206, which cover 12 V DC up to 220/240 V AC. Other kits include M735 for RCA3V3 and RCA5V5 pilots, K0581 (M1168) for the RCA5D2, plunger kits for 4 Series pilots, and K0950 for high-temperature 5D2 solenoid valves. For hazardous-location enclosures there is the K0383 armature kit, the G604718 DP seal and the K0399 kit for the 3FD12 enclosure.
