Nitrile pilot overhaul kit containing the o-ring, armature assembly, armature spring and ferrule. Suits CAC45FS integral pilot valves only. A sticking or slow pilot is the most common cause of a weak pulse – Goyen recommends inspecting the pilot annually at the same time as the diaphragm.

Check the build date. This kit suits CAC45FS valves built from September 1998 onwards. For earlier valves use Goyen K0381 Pilot Repair Kit in nitrile or Goyen K0382 Pilot Repair Kit in Viton.
