Viton pilot overhaul kit containing the o-ring, armature assembly, armature spring and ferrule. Suits all Goyen CA integral pilot valves, the 3-5V / 3-8V / 3-12V enclosures, and the RCA3DM screw-in pilot. A sticking or slow pilot is the most common cause of a weak pulse – Goyen recommends inspecting the pilot annually at the same time as the diaphragm.
Formerly Goyen part number M1167B. If your paperwork or an older valve tag quotes M1167B, this is the current kit.
Note: The 2017 Manifold Mount leaflet also listed K0384 as the Viton diaphragm kit for the CA/RCA76MM. The 2023 aftermarket kit guide supersedes that with K7601 – this is a pilot repair kit, not a diaphragm kit.
