Camlock flange adaptor that mounts a Goyen 45FS flanged valve onto a Schedule 40 nominal 10" round tank without welding. The flange face is contoured to the tank radius, so it seats against the curve and still gives the valve a flat mating surface.
Fitting: cut a 63 +/- 1 mm (2.48 +/- 0.04") hole with a hole saw – Goyen specifically advises against gas cutting. Loosely assemble each cam, centre the camlock over the hole with the o-ring in place and lubricated, rotate the cams to engage the tank hole edge until the alignment marks meet, then tighten to 10 Nm (7.4 ft-lbs). Tank wall must be between 4 mm and 8 mm thick.
