Goyen 3/4″ single diaphragm pulse jet valve with dresser nut compression ports, so the valve clamps onto plain pipe with no thread to cut. Outlet is at 90° to inlet. Remotely piloted (RCA) build – connect the pilot port to an external pilot valve.

Which generation is your valve? Goyen have built three generations of the 3/4″ valve. This is the original plain 20DD body. The later ones carry a series digit in the code – RCAC20DD3… for the 3 Series and RCAC20DD4… for the 4 Series – and they do not take the same diaphragm kit. Read the code off the valve body before you order a kit.

Reading the order code. [RCA|CA] pilot type – RCA remotely piloted, CA integral pilot · 20 valve size in mm · DD dresser nut ports · first digit pilot size, 0 = 1/8" and 1 = 1/4" · second digit pilot thread, 0 = NPT and 1 = RC · third digit diaphragm, 0 = nitrile and 1 = Viton. A CA valve then carries the solenoid code after a dash.

Diaphragm: Viton, rated to +232°C (449.6°F) – this is the high temperature build.

Tanks and pipes must be independently restrained from the valve. Goyen are explicit that a DD valve is not a structural component – do not rely on it to hold the tank or the blowtube. Pipes must be Schedule 40 outside diameter.

Remote pilot. There is no coil on this valve. It is piloted from a separate solenoid through the pilot port, which keeps the electrics off the collector and out of the dust.
