Diecast aluminium NEMA 4 / raintight enclosure for Goyen RCA3D pilot valves, housing up to 8 pilots and supplied with 3 fitted. Pilot thread 1/8" NPT, conduit entry M25, 3/4" NPT or 3/4" G, 220/240 V AC 50/60 Hz QT2 solenoids, Goyen nameplate. The enclosure arrives pre-wired with common solenoid terminals, so field wiring is a single run to the conduit entry rather than one per pilot.
Fitted with a 100/120 v ac 50/60 hz anti-condensation heater. Note: the C-Tick, CE, CSA, UL and ATEX approvals listed do not apply once a heater or slave card is installed.
Suitable for ATEX Category Ex II 3 GD and IP65 service and all other non-hazardous applications. Keep the supply voltage within -10% and +15% of the rated solenoid voltage. Recommended on time is 50 – 500 ms with at least 1 minute between pulses.
Installation: disconnect the device from power before opening the enclosure. To guarantee NEMA 4 performance make sure the gasket is in place when refitting the lid to the base.
