The Integrato Sequencer is an integrated control for larger reverse pulse jet filter cleaning systems, built to work across a wide range of environmental conditions. This board has 20 solenoid outputs, matching AC output and a polycarbonate enclosure.
The IS runs in continuous mode. For demand-driven cleaning from a built-in dP sensor, use the ISP version of the same board.
Pilot valves in parallel: this board drives 20 outputs directly; the IS/ISP family goes up to 40. Each AC output can drive 10 pilot valves in parallel, so a 40 output AC board supports up to 400 pilots. Each DC output can drive 3 in parallel between -20°C and 60°C (up to 120 pilots), or 2 in parallel between -40°C and 60°C (up to 80 pilots).
Order code: model – output voltage – number of terminals – enclosure type. This one is IS (no dP sensor), AC output, 20 terminals, polycarbonate.
