Fluorescent Leak Detection Powder – Pink

Description

Fluorescent pink leak detection powder helps you find the source of leaks in bag seams and cartridge pleats in any dust collection system.

• Fine 3 micron powder

• Decomposition point of 660° F / 350° C, so it holds up in high temperature applications without melting

How to use it: introduce the powder into the dirty air inlet, then inspect the clean side with a black ultra-violet light to locate tears or leaks.

Useful tips: use one pound (1 lb) of powder for every 1000 square feet of filter cloth, or 0.5 kg per 100 m² for metric calculations. After injecting the powder, run the fan for at least 45 seconds but no longer than one minute.
