The ECS Control System is a demand-driven filter cleaning controller. Its integrated dP transducer lets the controller work out exactly when the filters need cleaning, so they are cleaned only when necessary – which extends filter life, lowers emissions and cuts compressed air use.
The base board carries 12 solenoid outputs with 24 V DC output and no enclosure – board only. Expansion cards matched to the output voltage take the system up to 360 outputs.
Pilot valves in parallel: each AC output can drive 10 pilot valves in parallel, so a fully expanded AC system supports up to 3600 pilots. Each DC output can drive 2 pilot valves in parallel between -40°C and 60°C (up to 720 pilots); the main PCB on its own can drive 3 DC pilots per output between -20°C and 60°C.
